Comfort and Premium share the same base — the same aluminium, the same dimensions and volumes for each size. The difference lies in the finish and the handles, not in capacity or cooking performance.

In practice : Comfort covers everyday use very well. Premium makes sense when the pot also leaves the kitchen for the table, or when it’s given as a gift.
