Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.

Payment

Payment is made by Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money) or by bank card, via a secure third-party payment gateway. KALIMA does not store any banking data: this information is processed directly by the payment provider.

Returns and Warranty

Return and warranty conditions are detailed on the Warranty & Support page. The legal withdrawal period applicable in Cameroon for an online sale is still to be confirmed with a legal professional before this page is published.

Liability

NSOGATECH Industry SARL shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage, or product unavailability.
